SHIPPING POLICY

Cookbook pre-orders

The limited edition hardcover is a pre-order and is expected to be posted between October and November 2026.

A flat $10 postage charge is added for the future delivery of the hardcover. Please choose standard shipping at checkout. Express shipping does not make a pre-order ship sooner.

You’ll receive access to the digital version after purchase so you can start cooking while the hardcover is being finished. Before your hard copy is posted, I’ll email to confirm your delivery address.

If the expected timing changes, I’ll email customers before the date passes. If you need to update your address or ask about an order, email hello@nourishonthefly.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
